Return and Exchange Policy:

Q: What is the return and exchange policy?

A: We operate under a no-returns policy, except in the case of items damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please report it within the first week of purchase by emailing us at ContactDeOroBoutique@gmail.com.

Q: I’m missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with a defect!

A: Please contact us at ContactDeOroBoutique@gmail.com as soon as possible with attached images. Claims will not be accepted if reported more than a week after the delivery date.

Q: I washed my item and now it is damaged!!

A: Kindly adhere to the washing instructions on the label attached to the item. Once an item has been worn or washed, we cannot accept claims or returns. Ownership transfers from our business to the consumer upon wearing or washing, whichever occurs first. We urge you to inspect all items before wearing or washing.

Shipping Information:

Q: Do you ship overnight or express?

A: Absolutely! If the option is available at checkout, we offer overnight or express shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday thru Saturday), excluding Sundays and holidays. International orders are processed in 1-5 business days. U.S. orders typically take 3-5 business days for delivery, while international orders may take 1-6 weeks based on location and local postal efficiency.

Q: My package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

A: Verify the provided address for accuracy. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once your package leaves our premises, the responsibility shifts to USPS or UPS. If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received the package, contact your local post office or USPS/UPS to file a claim within 10 days of the tracking stating delivery.

Product Availability and Miscellaneous:

Q: When do you restock styles/sizes?

A: We do not have specific restock dates due to varying vendor schedules. Email your requests to ContactDeOroBoutique@gmail.com, and we'll add them to our list. We submit this list to our vendors and restock within 1-4 weeks if the materials or styles are available. This does not guarantee a restock, but we make efforts to inquire about requested styles.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
